Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your TRUSTTICA account and all associated personal data at any time. Please read the information below before proceeding.
What will be deleted
- Your profile and account credentials
- Identity verification records and submitted documents
- Presence verification session history
- Trust score and verification badges
- Any uploaded photos or biometric references
How to delete your account
Option 1 — Delete from account settings
If you have access to your account, log in and delete it directly — no need to contact support.

If you cannot access your account, email us with your registered email address and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

Upon receiving your deletion request, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. fraud prevention, legal disputes, or regulatory obligations). Retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
