Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of TRUSTTICA services provided by ELONZYA INC. Using TRUSTTICA constitutes agreement to these Terms and incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility

Users must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and satisfy applicable age requirements. See Children's Privacy.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be transferred or impersonated.

4. Verification Services

TRUSTTICA provides technological tools designed to verify certain identity and/or presence information. A successful verification establishes only the result represented by the applicable verification process. It is not a guarantee of character, intentions, trustworthiness, solvency, criminal history or future conduct. See our Identity Verification Notice.

5. User Responsibility

TRUSTTICA supplements — not replaces — reasonable safety judgment.

Users remain responsible for decisions concerning:

• meetings
• payments
• access
• hiring
• transactions
• property
• transportation
• relationships
• other interactions

6. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• impersonate another person
• submit fraudulent identification
• circumvent liveness checks
• obtain verification through coercion
• stalk or unlawfully monitor others
• misuse location information
• access another account
• probe or attack TRUSTTICA systems without authorization
• scrape protected information
• use TRUSTTICA for unlawful discrimination
• use verification information for an unlawful purpose
• interfere with the Services
• upload malware
• use TRUSTTICA to facilitate crime

7. Evidence Vault

Evidence Vault maintains records generated by TRUSTTICA verification workflows. Records may assist users in documenting interactions. Whether a given record is admissible as evidence is determined by applicable law and the relevant court or tribunal — TRUSTTICA does not represent that every record is "court-admissible." Evidence Vault is designed to preserve verification records and support evidentiary integrity.

8. Subscriptions

Paid plans are governed by the pricing displayed at purchase, and address:

• billing cycle
• renewal
• upgrades
• downgrades
• taxes
• cancellations
• refund policy
• App Store/Google Play billing where applicable

9. Intellectual Property

TRUSTTICA, associated branding, software, designs and proprietary technology are owned by ELONZYA INC. or applicable licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. See Copyright & Trademark.

10. Third-Party Services

Some functionality depends on third-party infrastructure and processors. Their availability may affect the Services. See Subprocessors / Service Providers.

11. Suspension

TRUSTTICA may restrict or suspend accounts reasonably believed to involve fraud, abuse, security threats, Terms violations or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided subject to applicable warranties that cannot legally be excluded. TRUSTTICA cannot guarantee that every identity attempt, fraudulent document, malicious individual, device condition or service interruption will be detected.
