Independent Use
TRUSTTICA is not intended for independent use by children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law, unless a particular service has been expressly designed and lawfully configured for such use with appropriate parent/guardian or organizational authorization.
Organizational Use Involving Minors
Where an organization uses TRUSTTICA in a workflow that may involve minors, the organization is responsible for implementing appropriate consent and authorization mechanisms, and for applying privacy protections suited to minors. Ordinary adult biometric consent does not cover children, and a workflow involving minors must not rely on the standard biometric consent flow without additional safeguards.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe a child has provided personal information to TRUSTTICA without appropriate consent, contact support@trusttica.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
