Business customers using TRUSTTICA sit within the following chain:
OrganizationTRUSTTICASubprocessorsVerification participant
An organization that initiates verification requests through TRUSTTICA generally determines the purpose of those requests, while TRUSTTICA processes the resulting information to deliver the verification, and engages the subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page to do so.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
Eligible enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Addendum governing TRUSTTICA's processing of personal data on the organization's behalf.
The DPA text itself must be drafted and reviewed by counsel before being offered for execution. It will address: controller/processor roles; processing instructions; confidentiality; security measures; subprocessors; data-subject request handling; breach notification; deletion/return of data on termination; and international transfers where applicable.
