Using TRUSTTICA for Businesses

Businesses initiate verification — not the client. Your company controls the trust workflow from invitation to presence confirmation.

Core concept

Unlike individual-to-individual verification, business verification is always initiated by the company. The business sends an invitation; the client or visitor responds to confirm identity. This keeps your organisation in control of when and how trust is established.

Stage 1 — Identity confirmation

  • Your company sends an invitation to the client, visitor, or vendor
  • The recipient confirms their identity through TRUSTTICA
  • A Stage 1 token is generated and linked to your business record

Stage 2 — Presence at meeting

  • At the time of the appointment, your team triggers a presence confirmation
  • The client confirms they are physically present
  • A Stage 2 token is generated — completing the verification chain

Use cases

  • Client appointments — confirm identity before and presence during a meeting
  • Vendor onboarding — verify contractor or supplier identity before access
  • Visitor management — controlled entry with verifiable records for every visit
All business verifications are stored in your organisation's Evidence Vault — accessible by authorised team members for audit and compliance purposes.
