Feedback & Trust Ratings

How TRUSTTICA's post-interaction feedback system works and why it matters.

Overview

After every completed verification session, both parties have the opportunity to submit a structured trust rating. This feedback is not a public review — it is a private, structured data submission that feeds into TRUSTTICA's trust model and helps surface risk signals over time.

The Three Rating Dimensions

Identity Accuracy

Did the person match their verified identity? Choose: Fully Matched, Slight Mismatch, or Did Not Match.

Presence Authenticity

Was the person physically present as expected? Choose: Confirmed, Delayed, or Not Present.

Interaction Experience

How was the interaction overall? Choose: Safe and Professional, Neutral, or Concerning.

Additional Signals

Beyond the three core dimensions, users can flag additional contextual signals during feedback:

  • Felt safe
  • Communication was clear
  • Suspicious behavior noticed
  • Attempted deception
  • Professional interaction
  • Unusual or concerning requests
  • Safety concern raised

Derived Trust Level

Based on the three dimension ratings, TRUSTTICA derives a Trust Level for the interaction:

High Trust

All three dimensions rated positively. No risk signals present.

Moderate Trust

At least one dimension rated as mixed. Minor concerns noted.

Low Trust

One or more critical flags: identity mismatch, did not appear, or concerning interaction.

Submitting Feedback

  1. 1After a Stage 2 session completes, go to Feedback from your dashboard.
  2. 2Select the session you want to rate.
  3. 3Choose your rating for all three dimensions.
  4. 4Optionally select additional contextual signals.
  5. 5Add a written comment if desired.
  6. 6Submit. Your feedback is recorded and contributes to the counterparty's Trust Score.
Feedback is private and anonymised before it influences a Trust Score. Individual ratings are not shown to the rated party. Only aggregated score changes are visible.

Who Can Submit Feedback

Both parties in a completed Stage 2 session can submit feedback about the other. For Stage 1-only sessions (where no presence was confirmed), feedback is limited to identity accuracy and interaction experience.
