Caregiver Verification

Verify the identity of a caregiver or home service worker before they enter your home or provide care for a family member.

Who this is for

Families hiring nannies, home health aides, cleaners, or private tutors — as well as care agencies managing staff — can use TRUSTTICA to ensure every caregiver visit is identity-verified and arrival-confirmed.

How it works

  1. 1Stage 1 — Caregiver Identity: Send a Stage 1 verification request to the caregiver using their phone number. Their real identity is confirmed against the TRUSTTICA registry.
  2. 2Context: Attach the relevant context — family hire or via an agency — so the record reflects the correct relationship.
  3. 3Stage 2 — Arrival Confirmation: When the caregiver arrives at the home, confirm their physical presence via the app. A Stage 2 arrival token is issued and saved.
  4. 4Vault Record: Every confirmed visit creates a caregiver arrival record in your Evidence Vault.

Agency integration

Care agencies can use TRUSTTICA Business accounts to manage staff identity verification at scale, run bulk invitations, and maintain a verifiable record of every client visit.

For recurring caregivers, a one-time Stage 1 verification is sufficient. Stage 2 arrival confirmation should be triggered each visit.
