Evidence Vault
A secure, append-only store for every verification record, token, and session log created within your account or organisation.
What the vault stores
Identity records
The result of every Stage 1 verification — who was verified and when.
Presence confirmations
The result of every Stage 2 presence check — location, time, and confirmation.
Tokens
Paired Stage 1 and Stage 2 tokens linked to each verification session.
Session logs
Full audit trail of every action taken within a verification session.
Purpose
- Accountability — every interaction is recorded and attributable to real, verified identities
- Traceability — any token can be traced back to its originating session, parties, and timestamp
- Trust — the vault provides an independent, tamper-evident reference that neither party can alter
Access control
Individual users can only access their own vault records. Business and organisation accounts can grant vault access to specific team members. Law enforcement agencies have supervisor-level access for oversight and compliance review.
Vault records are append-only — nothing can be deleted or modified after creation. This is by design to preserve the integrity of all evidence.
