Public Transportation Verification

Enable identity-linked boarding for public transport operators. Stage 1 confirms the passenger's identity; Stage 2 confirms their physical boarding presence.

Overview

Transport authorities and operators can integrate TRUSTTICA to create a verified passenger registry. Rather than relying solely on tickets or cards, passengers present a TRUSTTICA-confirmed identity at the boarding point, reducing fare evasion and increasing accountability.

How it works

  1. 1Stage 1 — Passenger Registration: Passengers register their TRUSTTICA identity with the transport operator once. Their identity is confirmed and a Stage 1 token is issued.
  2. 2Stage 2 — Boarding Presence: At each boarding point, the operator or automated system triggers a Stage 2 presence confirmation via QR scan or NFC tap. A boarding token is issued.
  3. 3Boarding Console: Operators use the TRUSTTICA boarding console to see real-time passenger boarding status — confirmed, pending, or denied.
  4. 4Vault Record: Each boarding event creates a transport boarding record in the passenger's Evidence Vault.

Operator integration

Transport operators access TRUSTTICA via an Enterprise account with API access. The boarding console is available as a dedicated operator dashboard and can be embedded at checkpoints.

The operator console is designed for tablet and mobile use at boarding points. Contact sales@trusttica.com for Enterprise integration options.
