Trusted Contacts

Save, manage, and quickly re-verify people you have already confirmed through TRUSTTICA.

What are Trusted Contacts?

Trusted Contacts is a personal address book within TRUSTTICA that stores people you have previously verified. Once a Stage 1 identity verification is completed with someone, they can be saved as a Trusted Contact for faster future interactions.

Why Use Trusted Contacts?

  • Re-verify known people in one tap — no need to re-enter phone numbers.
  • View Stage 1 and Stage 2 history with each contact at a glance.
  • Track trust level per contact: high, moderate, or low.
  • Star frequently used contacts for quick access.
  • Initiate new Stage 2 presence confirmations directly from the contact card.

Adding a Contact

  1. 1Go to Trusted Contacts from your Individual dashboard.
  2. 2Tap Add Contact and enter the person's TRUSTTICA-registered phone number.
  3. 3TRUSTTICA will check if the number is enrolled. If enrolled, a Stage 1 request is sent. If not, an enrollment invitation is sent.
  4. 4Once Stage 1 is confirmed, the contact is automatically saved with their trust level.

Trust Level per Contact

High Trust

Both Stage 1 and Stage 2 confirmed, and positive feedback submitted.

Moderate Trust

Stage 1 confirmed but Stage 2 not yet completed, or mixed feedback.

Low Trust

Stage 1 expired or declined, or one or more negative interaction signals.

Trusted Contacts data is stored only on your account. It is not a shared social graph. The people in your contacts list have no visibility into the fact that they have been saved.

Removing Contacts

You can remove any contact at any time. Removing a contact does not delete the underlying session records or vault tokens — it only removes them from your personal contact list. Past verification history is preserved in the Evidence Vault.
