Law Enforcement Mode
Pre-arrival identity verification and real-time presence confirmation to support officer safety and accurate field records.
Purpose
Law Enforcement Mode is designed to reduce uncertainty before an officer approaches a subject. By verifying identity in advance and confirming presence at the moment of contact, TRUSTTICA creates a clear, traceable record of every field interaction.
Stage 1 — Pre-arrival identity verification
- The caller, subject, or contact verifies their identity before the officer arrives
- The officer can review the Stage 1 token and identity record before approaching
- Known risks or prior records can be flagged at this stage
Stage 2 — On-scene presence confirmation
- When the officer is on scene, a real-time presence confirmation is triggered
- The subject confirms physical presence via their device
- A Stage 2 token is generated — creating a timestamped on-scene record
Key benefits
- Reduces uncertainty — officers arrive knowing who they will encounter
- Improves safety — pre-verified identity reduces the risk of mistaken contact
- Creates a record — every interaction generates a tamper-evident token chain for accountability
Law Enforcement Mode requires a verified agency account. Individual officers operate under the supervision of their registered organisation. All records are governed by your agency's data policies.
