Understand what a verification costs, how plans are structured, and when pay-as-you-go applies.
What is a verification?
A verification is a complete two-stage session — one Stage 1 identity confirmation plus one Stage 2 presence confirmation. Each session produces a paired token record. A single verification covers both stages; you are not charged separately per stage.
How plans work
Plans are based on the number of verifications your account can perform per month. Each plan tier unlocks additional features — team management, vault access, event mode, and law enforcement tools — as you scale.

Pay-as-you-go
If your account exceeds its monthly verification limit, additional verifications are billed at a per-unit rate rather than blocking your account. This ensures operations are never interrupted by plan limits.
- Overages are calculated at end of billing cycle
- You can set usage alerts to avoid unexpected charges
- Enterprise plans can negotiate a custom overage rate
