Real estate agents frequently meet strangers at empty properties — a known safety risk. TRUSTTICA ensures both the agent and the prospective visitor have verified identities before the showing, and confirms physical arrival at the property.
How it works
- 1Stage 1 — Identity Verification: The agent sends a Stage 1 invitation to the prospective visitor. The visitor must confirm their TRUSTTICA identity before the showing is confirmed.
- 2Stage 2 — Arrival Confirmation: When the visitor arrives at the property, the agent triggers a Stage 2 presence confirmation. Both parties receive a vault record.
- 3Vault Record: A tamper-evident property showing record is saved in both parties' Evidence Vaults, accessible in case of any dispute.
Who uses this module
Property agents, estate agencies, landlords, and prospective buyers or tenants. The module is available to both Individual and Business account types.
Always verify the other party's identity before meeting at an unfamiliar property. A Stage 1 token is the minimum requirement before granting a showing.
