Trust Score
How TRUSTTICA measures, calculates, and communicates trustworthiness for every user.
What is the Trust Score?
The Trust Score is a composite metric (0–100) that reflects how reliably a user has participated in verification interactions on TRUSTTICA. It is not a social credit score — it is an interaction-accuracy indicator derived entirely from verifiable, time-stamped events stored in the Evidence Vault.
Score Dimensions
How closely the person matched their verified identity across Stage 1 sessions. Determined by counterparty feedback after each interaction.
How reliably the person was physically confirmed present at scheduled meetings. Derived from Stage 2 outcomes.
Average trust feedback score submitted by counterparties after completed interactions using the three-dimension rating model.
How quickly the user responds to incoming Stage 1 and Stage 2 requests. Faster responses contribute positively.
How the Score is Calculated
- Each completed session contributes feedback data from both parties.
- Stage 1 and Stage 2 outcomes are weighted equally.
- Counterparty feedback on identity accuracy and interaction experience are averaged.
- Responsiveness is measured in minutes from request delivery to confirmation.
- Incident flags, disputes, and mismatches carry negative weight.
- Scores update after every completed session.
Trust Badges
Badges are milestone achievements that appear on a user's profile. They are earned automatically when thresholds are met. Examples include:
- Verified Identity — KYC approved and identity locked.
- Stage 2 Confirmed ×5 — Five or more presence confirmations completed.
- High Trust Streak — Three consecutive high-trust feedback ratings.
- Rapid Responder — Average response time under 10 minutes.
- No Incidents — No incident reports filed against the account.
Score Visibility
By default, your Trust Score is shown only to counterparties who have already received a Stage 1 invitation from you or have confirmed a Stage 2 presence session. You can disable score sharing entirely from your privacy settings.
